Atlan is the venture studio for nature-tech. We build companies that truly matter, partnering with inventors and researchers to transform scientific breakthroughs into scalable businesses with global potential.
Within less than a year, we’ve achieved significant growth and are developing very promising ventures.
We are now seeking a third Partner to join us at the core of Atlan. This is not a usual career opportunity. It is a chance to shape a growing venture studio and be part of enabling some of the most exciting breakthroughs of our time.

The opportunity

Atlan operates at the intersection of science, business, and impact. Today, two founding partners lead the studio operations and the new venture development capabilities. We are now looking for a Partner to take responsibility for our holding company in Stockholm and lead our investment and fundraising capabilities.

This is a unique chance to:

• Build and oversee the investment arm of Atlan

• Shape our funding strategies and relationships with leading family offices, funds of funds, and major private investors.

• Work on new ventures with immense global commercial potential and support them in solving critical environmental challenges.

• Strengthen the presence of our holding company within the Swedish and broader Nordic innovation ecosystem

Who we are looking for

• A proven track record in investments or capital raising that demonstrates the ability to win trust from investors

• Existing relationships with relevant investors or the ability to quickly build meaningful ones

• The drive to be part of an entrepreneurial team, building a strong ecosystem player together with the other founding partners

• A strong commitment to positive impact, with the ambition to create companies that you and the future generation can be proud of

Practical details

Location: Based in Stockholm, Sweden

Language: English (other Nordic languages are a plus)

Compensation: Partnership terms will be arranged through negotiation
